RACUPACK is a very flexible, modern, servo-controlled horizontal WA machine. Built for a 24-hour continuous production environments where performance and proven technology are critical. Expandable with modular infeed systems to handle most products, orientations and speeds. Changeover can be automated with motor-driven adjustment of the machine.
Also available with vertical packaging, as well as a combination of horizontal and vertical packaging.

Gravity
GRAVITY series are robust yet simple machines that use gravity for top loading in cases or boxes. Ideal for a wide variety of flexible bags, including fresh or frozen vegetables, IQF, chicken, beef, seafood and dairy products.
The machines consist of a stainless steel frame that holds various standard modules. Each module has a specific function. By combining different modules in different ways, we get tailor-made packing lines. The result is an operator-friendly machine with ergonomic and open design.
The machines are easy to clean and provide good accessibility to all areas in contact with products.
For wet environments in the meat, fish and dairy industries, complete wash-down models are available.

Ganrty
GANTRY is a very flexible machine for both present and future needs. The machine handles both horizontal and vertical packaging and has a changeover time of less than five minutes.

The machine consists of a two-axis robotic platform. It has tailor-made tools for the various products to be packed. Open and ergonomic design gives you easy access to the machine.

The machine is also available with horizontal only or vertical only packaging.

Spider
SPIDER allows you to pack flexible bags in boxes both vertically and horizontally. The process used by this machine is as fast as it is innovative and offers you a lot of flexibility and versatility.
​
When the bags come out of the bagger, the machine orientates the products in the right direction using the vision system. For horizontal packaging, products are picked by the flex picker and placed directly into the box. For vertical packing, first the empty box is tipped 90 ° in front of the cartridge. The flex picker then places bags into the cassette. When the cartridge is filled with products, the stack is automatically pushed into the box in one movement. The box is then tilted back to the horizontal position and the bags are placed vertically inside the box. When the box is packed, a new empty box is automatically placed in the filling position.
The machine is also available with horizontal only or vertical only packaging.
