Tunnel ovens
Megatec Automation supplies a wide range of tunnel ovens designed for industrial production for various baking principles, heating possibilities and conveyor types.
Convection tunnel ovens
Bakes the products with hot air that flows above and below the baking area with adjustable air speed.
The technology can also be used for drying products.
Comes standard from 0.6m width with steel or wire mesh.
Cyclotherm tunnel ovens
With several baking zones, this type of oven is specially designed to adapt to various temperature curves for the production of specific products.
Comes in standard from 0.6 to 4m width with many different types of belts, ranging from wiremesh to Eye-link, steel and stone.
Double-deck tunnel ovens
These ovens are mainly used in bakeries where there is no space for a conventional oven in relation to capacity and length.
Available in two different configurations:

Comes in standard from 0.6 to 4m width with stone, steel or wiremesh belt.
Direct-fired tunnel ovens
Direct-fired tunnel ovens use the burners located directly in the baking tunnel to achieve the desired temperature.
Electric tunnel ovens
Electric tunnel ovens are manufactured in standard widths of 0.6 - 4m, they can be either single, double, three or four tires.
Hybrid tunnel ovens
Usually consists of complete units of individual ovens with a bandwidth from 0.6m which may be different in terms of heating and heat transfer to the product.
High-temperature tunnel ovens
High-temperature tunnel ovens are designed for baking which requires temperatures up to 550 °C. Such furnaces are primarily suitable for baking products that require baking temperatures above 340 °C and require a very short baking time.
